You would think figure drawing would be all about seeing and not touching. But its really all about touch. Its about feeling ever curve and bend in that soft skin with your eyes. To feel the warmth of the sunlight as it hits the skin as well as feeling the cool edges that are in shadow. However, I would love to be a tattoo artist and actually feel the warm soft skin under my hand as I draw. To explore every surface of the body with not only my eyes but my hands as well.
